Cre8so lives or dies on the quality of creators on the platform. You'll be the person responsible for finding, onboarding, and growing our creator base — starting in Lagos and eventually across the continent. This role is equal parts relationship-building, community management, and growth strategy.

What you'll do

  • Source and recruit high-quality designers, illustrators, and template creators from Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and beyond
  • Build and run an onboarding programme that gets new creators from sign-up to first approved product in under 7 days
  • Create and manage creator communications: newsletters, community updates, product tips, and earnings insights
  • Partner with the product team to advocate for creator needs and translate feedback into actionable feature requests

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in creator partnerships, influencer relations, community management, or a closely related role in a digital product company
  • Deep familiarity with the African creative industry — who the key communities, platforms, and creators are
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; Yoruba, Swahili, or French is a strong plus
  • Data-fluency: comfortable building simple dashboards in Notion or Sheets to track creator growth KPIs

Nice to have

  • An existing network of African designers or digital creators you can tap immediately
  • Experience running a Discord or WhatsApp community for a creative or tech audience
