Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cre8so, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Cre8so provides a digital marketplace platform that allows creators to sell digital products and buyers to purchase and download them. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

All sales are final unless the product file is defective or materially different from its description. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased product, contact support within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if the product has been downloaded.

Cre8so uses PayPal to process payments. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to ours.

When you purchase a product on Cre8so, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital asset according to the license type specified on the product page.

Standard License: You may use the asset in personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the asset itself.

Extended License: Grants additional usage rights as specified. Always check the individual product's license terms before use in large-scale commercial projects.

Creator-owned content: All intellectual property rights remain with the original creator. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.

Creators who have been approved to sell on Cre8so agree to upload only original work they own or have full rights to distribute. Uploading copyrighted material belonging to others is strictly prohibited.

Cre8so takes a 15% platform fee on each sale. Creators keep 85% of the sale price. Earnings are paid out manually to the PayPal email on file, processed within 48 business hours of request.

Cre8so reserves the right to remove any product that violates these terms, receives multiple reports, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting us. This includes name, email address, and payment information (handled by PayPal — we never store your card details).

We use this information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and send transactional and promotional communications.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

Cre8so respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at dmca@cre8so.com.

Please include: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised.

We will investigate all valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content promptly. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
