We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who sweats the details and ships with conviction. You'll own the end-to-end experience of Cre8so — from the browse flow to the studio dashboard — and set the visual standard for a marketplace that puts African creators at the centre.

- Own the design of core product surfaces: browse, product pages, creator studio, and checkout — from concept to pixel-perfect Figma specs
- Run lightweight discovery sessions with creators and buyers to uncover friction, then turn insights into clear design decisions fast
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and future mobile
- Partner directly with the engineering team to ensure implementation fidelity and ship polished, production-ready UI
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years shipping consumer-facing products at scale
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, interaction detail, and clear design thinking — not just pretty screens
- Fluency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables) and comfort handing off to developers working in Tailwind CSS
- Experience working on marketplace or e-commerce products where conversion and trust are design constraints
Nice to have
- Experience with dark-mode-first or editorial design aesthetics
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions using Framer or CSS animations
