All your purchased files are available in your Library. Here is how to access them.

Finding your Library

Go to Dashboard > Library. You will see every product you have purchased, with a Download button next to each one.

Downloading a file

  1. Click the Download button on any product.
  2. A secure, signed download link is generated and your file starts downloading automatically.
  3. The link expires after 5 minutes. This is a security measure to prevent sharing.
  4. If the download does not start or the link expires, simply click Download again — a fresh link is generated instantly.

Download limits

There are no download limits. You can download a file as many times as you need, forever. Your purchase never expires.

Having trouble?

If the Library page does not show a product you paid for, check Dashboard > Orders to confirm your order status. If the order shows as COMPLETED but the file is missing from your Library, contact support@cre8so.com with your order ID.
