If your product was rejected, you will receive an email explaining why. There are two types of rejection on Cre8so.
Soft rejection (fixable)
A soft rejection means there is a specific issue that can be corrected. Common reasons include:
- Preview images are too low resolution or unclear
- The product file is missing an important format or is corrupt
- The description is too vague or does not accurately represent the product
- Tags are missing or inaccurate
- Pricing seems significantly off-market
To fix and resubmit:
- Go to Studio > Products.
- Find the rejected product (it will show a REJECTED badge).
- Click Edit and address the issues mentioned in the rejection email.
- Click Resubmit for Review.
Hard rejection (final)
A hard rejection means the product cannot be listed on Cre8so. This is used for:
- Copyright violations or plagiarized work
- Duplicate products already listed on the platform
- Quality that cannot be improved to meet our minimum standards
- Content that violates our terms of service
Hard rejections are final. If you believe a hard rejection was made in error, email support@cre8so.com with your product details and a brief explanation. We will take a second look.
