Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cre8so ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Provide accurate information during registration. Notify us immediately at support@cre8so.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Buyer Terms

When you purchase a product on Cre8so, you receive a license to use that product according to the license type purchased (Personal or Commercial). You do not own the underlying intellectual property. Purchases are non-transferable — you cannot sell, share, or re-license files you've downloaded.

Downloads are available immediately after purchase and from your Library indefinitely. We reserve the right to revoke access if a product is removed for legal reasons.

3. Creator Terms

By uploading content to Cre8so, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all intellectual property rights in the content, or have the right to license it
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content complies with our Content Guidelines
• You have the right to grant Cre8so the licenses described below

You grant Cre8so a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, market, and distribute your content through the Platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.

Cre8so takes 15% of each sale as a platform fee. Creators receive 85%. Earnings are subject to the 7-day holding period described in our Payouts policy.

4. Prohibited Content

• Infringes any intellectual property rights
• Is AI-generated without significant human creative input
• Contains adult, violent, hateful, or illegal material
• Misrepresents the product's contents or capabilities
• Includes malware, spyware, or any harmful code

5. Intellectual Property

Cre8so respects intellectual property rights. If you believe a product on our platform infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@cre8so.com with a description of the infringement and evidence of your ownership.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and policies. Cre8so is not responsible for PayPal's processing fees or exchange rates.

Refunds are evaluated case by case as described in our Refund Policy. Digital files cannot be "returned."

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may close your account at any time. Pending earnings at the time of creator account closure will be paid out in accordance with our standard payout schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre8so is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Djibouti. Disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
